What is it that makes me sit -
idle, immobile, ignorant
what causes do I stand for -
active, able, articulate
Not one, Just me
why is it I am comfortable in my chair -
working, waiting, withering
I should get up, stand up, stir it up
I have my rights, my security, my luxury
I don't need a cause celebre to set me free,
content, committed, connected
I don't yearn for more, my life style holds me back
You see, I am the bourgeoisie of the 21st century.
